  1.  Explain the potential of artificial intelligence in aiding in the detection and diagnosis of periapical lesions and fractures. 
  2. Describe the benefits of AI-assisted evaluation from a medico-legal perspective.
  3. Discuss current pitfalls and obstacles that need to be addressed to be applicable for Endodontics and dentistry in general.

Proposed New Joint AAE/AAPD Vital Pulp Therapy (VPT) Guidelines for Permanent Teeth (2.0 CE Credits)

Learning Objectives:

1. The participant will learn the permanent tooth’s recommended pulpal treatment with certainty of evidence for deep caries and trauma conditions.

2. Upon completion, the participant will be able to understand and apply the evidence-based recommendations supporting vital pulp therapies in permanent teeth.
